What nights does registration cover at Bishop’s Lodge?
Your registration includes hotel accommodations with check-in on Monday, April 20 and checkout on Wednesday, April 22.
How do I book my hotel?
Your room is confirmed as soon as you register. We will be sending confirmation numbers one month prior to the event.
What if I want to extend my stay?
If you’d like to extend your stay, you can book additional nights directly with Bishop’s Lodge. Please share your hotel confirmation with events@zest.ai and we will merge the reservations.
What time is hotel check-in?
Hotel check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
What time is the hotel checkout?
Hotel checkout is at 11:00 AM.
What time does event registration open?
Event registration opens on Monday, April 20 at 1:00 PM.
When does the event start?
The opening keynotes begin at 5:00 PM on Monday, April 20.
When does the event end?
The event concludes with the closing reception at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 21.
Which airports will have the shuttle service?
Shuttles will be available from the Albuquerque International Sunport.

If your travel plans do not align with the scheduled shuttle times, you will need to arrange your own transportation to or from Bishop’s Lodge. Both Uber and Lyft are available in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is complimentary valet parking. If you’re planning to rent a car during your stay, this is a convenient option.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Yes. If you’d like to bring a partner or significant other and they plan to attend meals or receptions, they must register with a plus-one badge. To purchase a spouse or partner pass (a discounted add-on available for guests sharing accommodations with a registered attendee) use code IQPLUS1. Note that these passes must be purchased as a separate transaction from the original Standard Pass with Hotel registration.
